  • Customers can contact our support team via chat, email or phone and we will do our best to remedy all issues.
  • BAM BUCK$/Gift Cards expiration dates vary based on type of issuance.  Promotion BAM BUCK$ (loyalty rewards or free promotional value) are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.  Gift Cards have no expiration date.  


 30 Day Return Policy

  • Returns may be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery.
  • Item must be in the same condition as purchased to be eligible for return.
  • To start a return please contact us directly and if accepted we will issue an RMA # and return shipping label.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds are processed within three (3) business days of return. Alternatively, store credit/gift card can be offered in lieu of refund.  Gift Card refunds will receive a 10% bonus to the total order value.
  • Holiday Return Policy: if a purchase is made between November 20, 2024 and December 19, 2024, a return may be requested through January 8, 2025. All other terms in this section apply.


Shipping Damage

  • Please inspect your order within 5 business days if there is evidence of shipping damage
  • Contact us directly and we will provide further information and required evidence for claim


  • If your order is incomplete or missing items please contact us within 5 business days and we will rectify the situation
  • Preowned sets are 100% accurate and verified by our quality experts. With that being said we are human and some sets have hundreds or even thousands of parts or pieces…mistakes do happen.  Please rest assured we will correct the issue!

  • Bulk LEGO®
  • New Sealed LEGO® sets that have been opened or the seal has been broken
  • Incomplete items (Minifigures must include any/all accessories, pieces, parts)
