📋 General Information
Customers can contact our support team via chat, email, or phone and we will do our best to remedy any issues.
🔁 30-Day Return Policy
- Returns may be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in the same condition as purchased to qualify.
- Contact us directly to request a return. If approved, we will issue an RMA # and return shipping label.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of return.
- Alternatively, a store credit or gift card can be issued in lieu of a refund. Gift card refunds receive a 10% bonus to the total order value.
Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made between November 20, 2025 and December 19, 2025 are eligible for return through January 8, 2026. All other terms apply.
🚚 Shipping Damage
- Please inspect your order within 5 business days if there is evidence of shipping damage.
- Contact us directly. We’ll provide the required information and instructions to file a claim.
📦 Incomplete or Missing Items
If your order is missing items or incomplete, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll make it right!
Our preowned sets priced over $100 are verified 100% complete by our quality experts, but mistakes can happen — especially with large or complex sets. We appreciate your understanding and will correct any issues promptly.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:
- Any preowned / prebuilt LEGO® set under $100
- Bulk LEGO® bricks
- New sealed LEGO® sets that have been opened or where the seal has been broken
- Incomplete items (e.g., minifigures missing accessories or parts)
- Gift Cards
