No, we offer LEGO products in many different conditions! New, Open Box and Preowned. Depending on the type of product there are additional grades that we use to specify the condition of the product. On each product detail page there is an identifier that will tell you more about the condition of the specific product you are looking at.

No, BAM Good Bricks is an independent brick resell store and is not affiliated with the LEGO® Group or any of its subsidiaries. We are an authorized distributor for LEGO® products.

Yes, we operate a retail showroom in Lewisville, TX.All of the products offered online are available for retail purchase directly from our showroom. Additionally, we offer a wide selection of pick a brick or bulk LEGO, Build a Minifigure and more in our retail store. Our retail showroom is open Monday – Saturday 10am to 5pm and we would love to welcome you come visit us!

Set Conditions

NSIB: New Sealed In Box. Product will be in new sealed retail package. May have minor shelf wear from retail placement.

NSDB: New Sealed Damaged Box. Retail box seals will be intact but box will have signs of more extensive shelf wear or crush/wear damage. All contents will be sealed and intact.

NOB: New Open Box.  Retail seal is not intact but packaging within the box is sealed. There may be signs of shelf wear or crush/wear damage on box.

PWB:  Preowned With Box. This is a prebuilt/preplayed set that includes the original retail box.  100% complete and verified with instructions unless noted. These sets may be prebuilt on display or broken down in the box. If prebuilt we will partially disassemble in order to package properly for shipping.

PNB: Preowned No Box. This is prebuilt/preplayed set that includes instructions but without retail box. 100% complete and verified.  Set will be kitted in generic white or brown box.  These sets may be prebuilt on
display or broken down in the box.  If prebuilt we will partially disassemble in order to package properly for
shipping.

 Minifigure Conditions

New: New sealed minifigure in blind/blister/poly package. It will be New with no signs of play.

Preowned: Unless otherwise noted, all Minifigures are all in Grade B Slightly Used Condition.

Grade A Like New - Collectors quality condition as you would expect to receive it in a LEGO set. There should not be any visible signs of damage or wear

Grade B Slightly Used - May have a slight crack or nick in it or may have slight playwear or micro-scratches but still displays well and retains a portion of its collectors value

Grade C Playtoy - Minifigure was played with and may show cracks, nicks, scratches, print wear, etc.

Yes, we purchase almost any LEGO product at our retail store location.  We offer the best cash buy prices of anyone in the industry. BAM Good Bricks offers both UPS and USPS shipping options for your purchase. Your order details along with tracking information will be updated as soon as your order ships and that information can be found in your My Account page.

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Order Processing Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed this review, it is sent to our store for shipment. We typically ship all orders within 1 business day after payment approval. Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes to verify payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 business days.

BAM Good Bricks ships retail orders only to United States (including Hawaii. Puerto Rico and Alaska ). No international shipments are allowed. Note: also that we do NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Freight Forwarders, or Hotels

Each submitted order will receive an email confirming the order. To check the status of an order a user can also click the LOGIN menu button in the top right of the screen and follow to your order details.

Yes and No. For security reasons, all shipments over $500 require an adult signature at the receiving location.

BAM Good Bricks offers a 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all New Sealed LEGO products as long as the seal has not been broken and the product is still in new condition. Buyer is responsible for contacting us prior to returning in order to obtain authorization. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. I am sorry but there are no returns or refunds on any preowned products.

We offer a 100% Complete Guarantee on all of our preowned LEGO products. We inspect and verify all sets before they are eligible for retail sale. We are human and mistakes do happen so if your order is withing the 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee period please contact us directly and we will forward your missing pieces.
