Our verification process is tiered by price so you always know exactly what level of inspection your set has received before it ships.

Sets priced at $100 or more are fully verified 100% complete by our in-house set verifiers — every piece is accounted for and the set is certified complete before it is listed.

Sets priced under $100 are visually inspected for completeness and will always include the original or generic box (where applicable), instructions, and all minifigures. Minor elements may occasionally be missing and some parts may have color-swapped pieces that do not significantly affect the build.

BUV (Built Unverified) and BU (Bagged Unverified) sets have not been verified by our set verifiers, may be missing pieces, will not include minifigures, and are sold AS IS FINAL with no returns or refunds. Actual product photos are always shown for these listings.

PWB – Preowned With Box: Includes the original retail box, instructions, and all minifigures. Sets at $100 or more are 100% verified complete by our set verifiers. Sets under $100 are visually inspected and may have minor missing elements.

PWB-B – Preowned With Box, Built: Same as PWB but the set has been assembled and displayed in our retail store. Will be partially disassembled for safe shipping.

PNB – Preowned No Box: Includes instructions and all minifigures in a generic white box. The same verification tiers as PWB apply.

PNB-B – Preowned No Box, Built: Same as PNB but assembled and on display in our retail store. Will be partially disassembled for safe shipping.
